Jane and I talk all about learning how to calm your anxiety and nourish your gut health with nutritional well being.

Jane Aquino is a registered nutritional therapist specializing in mental and metabolic health. What I love about Jane’s approach is how she focuses on helping clients specifically with overcoming their anxiety and overwhelm by harmonizing gut health. I only wish I found Jane when I was in college, as it personally took a long time for me to connect the dots on how nutrition plays a key part in optimizing my mental health as well as happiness.
