On Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at 12:44 am PT, we’ll experience the Full Moon in Sagittarius at 20°.
When I sit with the energy of this full moon as a fellow Sagittarian ruling my 7th house of 1:1 relationships, I’m reminded of how much the truth matters. It can direct the entire course of our actions, and life direction. I know for sure it has mine.
This lunation forms a trine to Mars in Leo, suggesting that any truth revealed now will ask something of us. Courage, most likely. Action, definitely. Because insight without movement misses the point of this moon entirely. This moon is about being honest with yourself and with others, and allowing that honesty to change things.
I think about that time years ago, an old college boyfriend at the time, cheating on me in my own apartment while I was out of state.
I found out because he left his Google chat open on my laptop. I wasn’t looking for anything. I just opened the screen, and there it was: the truth, blinking back at me like a mirror.
What would’ve happened if I never saw it? Would I have kept trying to love him harder, fix something I didn’t even know was broken? Would I have stayed? Built a life on a lie?
That moment might’ve shattered me in the moment but it also rerouted my life in the best way possible.
I also think back to an old bestie I had from back in fashion school. The one who bought me scarves, called me “bestie,” hugged me over brunch like nothing was off. Until I learned she had dinner with a hiring manager for a job I was up for and told him I wasn’t the right fit. Suggested he hire her instead. The kicker? He told me. He told me. And then offered me the job.
Had he stayed silent, I might’ve kept her in my life. Kept trusting someone who was smiling to my face while quietly sharpening a knife behind my back.
The universe likes to present truths in funny ways sometimes. These lessons taught me ultimately these painful experiences were course corrections. Brutal ones. But necessary.
That’s the lesser-known gift of Sagittarius. It’s easy to reduce this archetype to blind optimism or wanderlust. But the archer will always be the truth-seeker. The archer aims high because it’s searching for something real. And even if the truth takes years to arrive, when it finally does, it reorients us. It puts the compass back in our hands.
With Sagittarius ruling my 7th house, I’ve learned that some of the most significant truths we’ll ever receive will come through the people we love. And often, they’ll arrive wrapped in contradiction. A person can love you and still betray you. A friend can celebrate you publicly while undermining you privately. And if we’re too eager to see the best in everyone, we risk abandoning the truth of our own intuition.
Because here’s the thing: when truth is withheld, so is our agency. We can’t make empowered choices without clarity. We can’t live in alignment when we’re being fed someone else’s story.
That’s what this Full Moon in Sagittarius is here to do. To liberate us from storylines built on lies. Sagittarius moon says:
Here. This is the truth. And now, you get to choose differently.

Just a couple of days below this Full moon takes place, we have a busy aspected Monday as Jupiter finally enters into a new cycle into Cancer, it’s exaltation. This cycle will set the stage for major emotional growth in the months to come and I’m looking forward to this.
On that same day, Venus squares Pluto with Mercury squaring Neptune. These aspects color the days leading up to the Full Moon.
Both of these aspects speaks to disruptions in both how we approach our connections with others, possibly also with money as well as having eye-opening conversations that dispel any illusions we may have had with said person and/or situation. Together, these two aspects can mark a breakdown of trust, or the sudden realization that what you thought was mutual… wasn’t.
And yet, on the very day of the Full Moon, Mercury and Venus form a gentle sextile. That matters. It tells me we don’t have to scorch the earth just because we were momentarily burned. Not every confrontation needs to end in exile. If we’re willing to slow down, own our feelings, and listen (truly listen) there’s still a chance for healing. For reconciliation. For renewed understanding between two people who still value each other enough to try.
In some cases, walking away is the most loving thing you can do. In others, the relationship might not need to end, it might need to evolve. This Full Moon, with its mutable fire and grand trines, supports growth through honesty. But only you can decide what the truth is asking of you. Everyone’s relational dynamics are layered. Context matters. History matters.
So before you cut ties or try to glue them back together, ask yourself: What truth has come to light? What is it asking of me? And what would it mean to respond with integrity
What you choose to do with that truth ultimately is where the real story begins.
Because the truth alone doesn’t always free you. Sometimes, it leaves you raw. Disoriented. Awake, but aching.
What do you do with the truth once it’s exposed the wound?
That’s where the deeper work comes in. That’s where Chiron comes in.
And that’s the work we do together across the three parts of The Chiron Alchemist.
If this lunation unearthed a buried betrayal, an old shame, or a story you thought you had already outgrown…Chiron will help you understand the why beneath the ache, the pattern beneath the pain, and how to finally transmute it.
We’ll walk together through the root wound in your chart, the collective trauma we’re all metabolizing, and how Chiron shows up again and again through our most intimate, creative, and karmic relationships.

✅ To-Do’s for the Sagittarius Full Moon:
-
Speak your truth this week. To yourself and others. This Full Moon favors bold, clarifying conversations that realign you with your values.
-
Mercury sextile Venus supports emotional repair. Reach out to someone if healing feels possible. Say what you couldn’t say before.
-
Share your story. Your lived experiences. Sometimes that’s the greatest form of education, because it’s not theoretical. Especially if it helps others feel less alone. Sagittarius energy wants truth that liberates, not just you, but the collective.
-
This is also a great period of time to set intentions for long-distance travel, publishing, education, or spiritual expansion. This is a powerful moment to envision what freedom really means to you.
❌ What Not to Do Under This Full Moon:
-
Don’t stay in situations just because it used to feel good. Sagittarius energy wants you to keep growing. If a dynamic has expired, honor the ending.
-
Don’t ignore red flags in the name of optimism. Hope is sacred, but not when it blinds you. Truth is love with boundaries and honesty.
-
Don’t make impulsive decisions out of pride or wounded ego. The Venus-Pluto and Mercury-Neptune aspects may distort clarity. Let yourself cool down before you react.
-
Don’t confuse conviction with truth. Sagittarius energy can cling tightly to its beliefs, but just because something feels true doesn’t mean it’s accurate. Be open to refining your perspective, especially if new evidence or honest feedback presents itself.
-
Don’t assume your truth is universal. This is a time to honor different lived experiences, even as you stand firmly in your own. Sagittarius learns the most when it leaves room for complexity.
The 12 Rising Signs Under This Full Moon
Aries Rising
→ 9th House: Beliefs, higher education, publishing, travel, spiritual expansion
At first, it may feel like wanderlust. A sudden obsession with flights to Portugal. An urge to research niche graduate programs you have no intention of applying to. A three-hour spiral into ancient Egyptian cosmology because someone at brunch mentioned the word “pyramid.” But it’s not really about travel. It’s not even about knowledge. It’s about the hunger underneath, this quiet, aching itch for meaning in your life.
This Full Moon lands in your 9th house, the realm of truth, faith, higher perspective. Which sounds noble and expansive until you realize it’s less about enlightenment and more about peeling away every worldview you’ve built out of borrowed beliefs and performance-level passion. Because lately, maybe you’ve been mistaking every form of motion for momentum copium like booking things. Planning things. Learning everything so you don’t have to feel anything. You thought growth meant adding more. This lunation ultimately wants subtraction from you. Unlearning is the learning. Also this moon wants you to drop the dogma. Unsubscribe from the identity you wrapped around a single belief because it made you feel safe, or smart, or like someone who had it all figured out.
You might feel called to say something. To finally tell the truth about what you believe. To leave a path that used to feel aligned but now just feels like an echo. Maybe you’ll disappoint someone. Maybe even a version of yourself.
Jupiter, your 9th house ruler, just entered Cancer, your 4th house. So what you define as truth can carry more emotional weight this time around. You’re ultimately building an internal home for the kind of freedom that doesn’t require escape. So yes, you might blurt something this week. Something that doesn’t fit your brand. Something that makes the group chat go quiet. But let it. Let the moment be messy. Because beneath the chaos of your articulation is a revelation trying to find its way through your throat. A belief system that finally feels like yours.
Taurus Rising
→ 8th House: Shared resources, intimacy, emotional entanglements, debt, energetic cords, psychological healing.
You think you’re fine until someone asks, “What’s wrong?” and your mouth starts moving before your mind catches up. “I’m just tired,” you say, but the truth is louder in your body than it is in your words.
You're not tired. You’re done. There’s a difference. Tired can be fixed with a nap. Done lives in the marrow. It’s the slow ache of trying to hold steady in situations that keep asking you to split yourself in half to keep the peace.
This Full Moon lights up your 8th house, the attic of the chart, the place where all the emotional debt gets stored. Shared resources, buried resentments, trust issues you thought you buried three breakups ago. This lunation is like someone finally turning on the attic light, and suddenly you can’t unsee the boxes labeled emotional labor I never got paid for and secrets I kept to protect other people’s comfort.
And yet, it’s seductive, isn’t it? The 8th house pull to merge, to trust, to hope this time will be different. Maybe if you just love them better. Be less reactive. Be easier to be around. The quiet fantasy of being chosen if you just stay quiet enough. But Sagittarius says, no more. Not because you’re bitter, but because you’re ready.
Ready to stop over-giving in the name of loyalty. Ready to stop leaking power in relationships that mistake your steadiness for consent. This is your line-in-the-sand moment, and it's burning with clarity. Truth over comfort. Integrity over politeness. Liberation over silence.
And yes, it might get messy. Mars is trining this Moon from your 4th house of home, origin, family and you might find yourself revisiting old wounds that live in your DNA. That time your boundaries were crossed and you were told you were “too much” for having a reaction. That time you made yourself small so someone else could feel big.
So stop trying to feng shui your way around emotional rot.
Jupiter just moved into your 3rd house. The release will come from naming things. Having the hard conversation. Writing the letter, even if you never send it. Letting your words restore power to the parts of you that had it taken away.
Gemini Rising
→ 7th House: Committed relationships, partnerships, contracts, projections, mirroring
You’ve been trying to keep things light. Easy. Playful. You tell yourself it’s fine. It’s fine. You don’t want to overthink things, so you let the conversations skim the surface. You default to charm. Wit. Distraction. You keep your finger on the dimmer switch of intimacy, because if someone sees you too clearly, they might not stay. Sagittarius lights up your 7th house, the domain of mirrors. Which means someone, somewhere, is reflecting back a version of you that’s either wildly flattering or painfully accurate. Maybe both. And suddenly, you can’t hide behind your cleverness. They’ve seen it. The thing you didn’t want anyone to notice. The way you pull back when things get too deep. The way you say “I’m just figuring it out” when what you mean is “I’m terrified to decide.”
This lunation throws a spotlight on your relationships. It doesn’t just have to be romantic ones, but anyone who holds emotional weight. The person you orbit but never fully land with. The friend who always feels slightly out of sync. The situationship you keep on ice, just in case.
And the real kicker? You might be the one who needs to initiate the truth-telling. Which feels unfair, honestly. You’ve been holding both sides of the conversation for so long, it’s hard to remember where you end and they begin. So if something feels off, maybe it is. If something feels like it’s stalling, it probably is. And if a connection is built on omission, omission is what will eventually erode it.
With Jupiter your 7th house ruler now in Cancer, your 2nd house of self-worth, this lunation reminds you: you can’t keep compromising your value just to keep the connection. Love that requires you to shrink isn’t love. Let this be the moment you stop apologizing for needing depth. For wanting reciprocity. For craving the kind of intimacy that doesn’t flinch when you drop the mask.
Cancer Rising
→ 6th House: Daily routines, work habits, health, boundaries, acts of service, burnout
You’re trying to be functional. You really are. You’ve been color-coding your calendar, lighting the good candle, Googling things like “healthy nervous system routines” while clenching your jaw so tight it hums. You want order, rhythm, maybe even peace but your body keeps chiming in like a bad roommate, reminding you that no matter how much structure you build, your soul’s not filing the same paperwork.
This Full Moon in Sagittarius illuminates your 6th house, the house of systems, rituals, labor, and the quiet panic we learn to ignore until it eats through our bones. This is the house of the to-do list that feels more like an apology note. Of giving until you blur. Of tending to everyone else’s fire while your own slowly goes cold.
And under this Moon, something breaks through. Maybe you lose it over a minor inconvenience, a late email, a rescheduled meeting, someone texting “no worries!” when you’re very much worried. But it’s not about the thing. It never is. It’s about the accumulation. The invisible weight of trying to keep it all together while your inner world keeps slipping out of your grip like a wet bar of soap.
Sagittarius forces a confrontation between what you’re doing and what you believe in. So if your daily life feels divorced from your actual values, you’ll feel it. In your gut. In your schedule. In the strange ache behind your eyes that no amount of productivity can cure. Jupiter, the ruler of this Full Moon, just moved into Cancer. Your 1st house. Your body. Your identity. Which means it’s about reclaiming your life from the mechanics of survival. This lunation is an invitation to clear the emotional clutter from your schedule. To ask yourself if the way you’re spending your energy is actually aligned with the version of you that you’re becoming.
Leo Rising
→ 5th House: Creativity, romance, children, self-expression, risk-taking, inner child
It starts innocently enough. You feel the urge to buy a new set of watercolor paints. You spend an hour making an oddly specific playlist for a fictional character you haven’t written yet. You try on every outfit in your closet just to find the one that makes you feel like the main character in your own life again. And then, just when you start feeling yourself again, the grief creeps in like smoke under the door. The old ache of creativity left unloved. The joy you once embodied now outsourced to performance. The way your sparkle got repackaged into something marketable.
This Full Moon in Sagittarius lights up your 5th house which is the part of the chart that rules joy, play, creative expression, and the sacred act of being too much on purpose. It might feel like you've been editing yourself for an imaginary audience. Smiling wide while shrinking inside. Making yourself legible, digestible, inspirational when really, you just want to be seen without needing to dazzle anyone.
Sagittarius doesn’t do small feelings, and this lunation might surface memories of when your light was misunderstood, mishandled, or made to feel like a liability. The art teacher who made you question your talent. The lover who liked your fire but tried to contain it. The parent who only celebrated you when you performed.
Jupiter, the ruler of this Full Moon, just moved into Cancer in your 12th house. The place of undoing. Of soul rest. Which means that joy might not be loud right now. It might be quiet, private, even a little weepy. Maybe it looks like dancing alone in your kitchen at midnight. Writing a poem and not posting it. Singing in the shower with your whole chest like someone who still believes they were meant to be heard.
Let this Moon bring you back to the why. Why you create. Why you love. Why you choose to stay open when the world asks you to be cool.
Virgo Rising
→ 4th House: Home, family, ancestry, private emotional life, psychological roots
You’ve been keeping it all together. Folding the blankets. Answering texts. Keeping the tea towel neatly draped over the sink because it makes the chaos feel slightly more manageable. You’ve been playing curator of your own emotional museum every feeling categorized, labeled, placed behind metaphorical glass. Not gone. Just… preserved. Palatable. Safe.
But this Full Moon in Sagittarius cracks something in the foundation. It’s not interested in neatness. It wants truth that lives in your body and your home space. The kind that shows up as a lump in your throat when someone says, “You okay?” and you have to decide whether to nod or unravel.
This Moon lands in your 4th house your inner sanctum, your origin story, the ancestral inheritance stitched into your nervous system. The part of the chart where we carry things we never asked to hold. Old griefs. Unspoken expectations. Generational silences. This lunation could bring a revelation about family, home, or the patterns you've been reenacting because they once kept you safe.
It might not look dramatic. You won’t necessarily scream or sob or shatter dishes. It might just be you, sitting in a too-quiet room, realizing you’ve been trying to earn love the same way you once earned safety. Through competence. Through invisibility. Through being the one who always has it together.
Sagittarius wants liberation. Jupiter just entered your 11th house of visions and future belonging. Which means your healing now is directly tied to the kind of life you’re trying to build. But first, you might need to sit with the part of you that still flinches when the house gets too quiet. The part that associates stillness with danger. The part that mistook hyper-independence for resilience.
This Moon says: it’s time to come home. To yourself. Even if that means grieving the family, the place, the past version of you that couldn’t hold you the way you needed.
Libra Rising
→ 3rd House: Communication, mindset, local environment, siblings, short-distance travel
Your thoughts have been loud lately. Not just “I forgot to respond to that email” loud, but full-blown existential podcast running in the background of your brain. You’ve been narrating your life like someone’s listening. Like if you can just find the perfect phrasing, the insight will hit. The message will land. The clarity will arrive. You’ll know what to do.
But this Full Moon in Sagittarius is less about what you say and more about what you believe underneath all the words. It lands in your 3rd house: communication, inner narrative, the mind’s day-to-day monologue. And under this lunation, that inner voice may suddenly sound unfamiliar. Louder. Sharper. Or maybe even... wrong.
You might realize the script you’ve been reciting isn’t yours. Maybe it’s something a teacher once told you. A parent. An ex. A version of you that needed certainty when the world felt unpredictable. But now? It just feels tight. Confining. Like trying to explain your soul through a borrowed slogan.
This is the kind of Full Moon that makes you blurt something before you’ve had time to polish it. And maybe that’s the point. Sagittarius wants the kind of truth that interrupts a conversation like a record scratch. The kind that makes people blink. The kind that leaves you thinking, “Well… I said it so what now.?
And yes, it might bring up friction with siblings, coworkers, or people in your immediate environment. But more likely? The friction’s internal. Between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. Between the people-pleasing tone of your past and the clear, cutting voice trying to come through now.
Jupiter just entered your 10th house of visibility, legacy, reputation. The stakes are higher. Your voice matters more. And if you're going to build a life you’re proud of, you can’t keep narrating it like you’re afraid to offend anyone. You’re not here to be palatable. You’re here to be heard.
So let the words come. Even if they shake. Especially if they do. Sometimes liberation sounds like a messy sentence said out loud for the first time.
Scorpio Rising
→ 2nd House: Money, self-worth, personal resources, possessions, values.
At first, it looks like a money thing. A charge you forgot about. A payment that didn’t go through. An unexpected invoice that makes you clench your jaw while whispering “I’m fine” through gritted teeth. But under this Full Moon, it’s never just about money. It’s about value. Not what you have, but what you believe you’re worth.
This lunation lands in your 2nd house of earned income, resources, self-worth, and material security. And it’s bringing receipts. Maybe not literal ones (though those might come too). You’ll confront the emotional receipts. The kind that trace back to every time you said yes to something that made you feel smaller. Every time you lowered your rates. Took the compliment but not the opportunity. Every time you stayed quiet in the room you were qualified to speak in.
Sagittarius doesn’t do subtle. This is the kind of Moon that shows you bluntly where your relationship with worth is out of alignment. You might realize you’ve been trying to deserve things that should’ve been yours to begin with. That you’ve been hustling to prove your value in spaces that were never designed to recognize it. That somewhere along the line, you confused humility with self-erasure.
And now, the price of pretending is starting to show.
But here’s the turn: Jupiter, ruler of this Full Moon, just entered Cancer, your 9th house. Beyond money, we have to look at our beliefs, our ability to cultivate faith within ourselves. The faith that your worth isn’t tied to productivity or proof. The bigger why behind what you’re building.
Sagittarius Rising
→ 1st House: Identity, personal expression, body, visibility, initiating new chapters
You didn’t ask for a spotlight, but here it is, swinging toward you like the final act of a play you forgot you were starring in. You’ve been moving through life with your usual blend of bravery, irreverence, and philosophical side commentary, but under this Full Moon, something catches up to you. Your reflection. Your voice, played back to you. The version of you you’ve outgrown but kept wearing because it still fits when you’re tired.
This Full Moon lands in your 1st house, which means you are the subject. Not your relationships. Not your work. You. The face you show the world. The story you tell about who you are. And under the sharp, flaming lens of Sagittarius, there’s no pretending. Not even with yourself.
This isn’t a crisis. It’s a confrontation. You might look in the mirror and realize you've been curating your personality to survive rather than express. Or maybe you say something blurt it, like fire through your teeth and realize: That’s who I am now. I’ve changed. And there's no taking it back. Only forward.
People might react. You might startle even yourself. You don’t have to give yourself the pressure to be likable either. That will be unnecessary And sometimes the cost of freedom is shedding the personas that kept you relatable but made you feel spiritually bankrupt.
Jupiter, your chart ruler, has just entered Cancer and your 8th house. Your expansion now comes through depth. Through emotional excavation. Through grieving who you thought you had to be to stay lovable, accepted, respected. And in the rubble of that grief, you might just find your real voice.
This Moon wants you to be as you are mid-sentence, mid-becoming, a little messy but wildly honest. You also don’t need a philosophy right now. You just need to stop abandoning yourself the moment you start to shine.
Capricorn Rising
→ 12th House: Solitude, subconscious patterns, closure, healing, spiritual practices, surrender
You’re not sure why you feel so tired. You’ve slept. You’ve eaten. You’ve crossed things off your list and answered the emails and done the things that normally tether you to a sense of purpose. But something’s off. You find yourself staring out the window longer than usual. You reread texts and don’t respond. You cry while washing dishes (not from sadness) but from some unnameable weight you’ve been carrying so long you forgot it wasn’t part of you.
This Full Moon in Sagittarius lands in your 12th house, the part of the chart that rules endings, hidden pain, karmic residue, and the deep psychic archives you don’t visit unless you’re forced to. You’re being summoned to listen to your subconscious telling you quiet truths that you’ll only hear if you remain still enough.
Something in you, an old identity, an expired story, a ghost you’ve been keeping company is ready to go. But first, you have to identify it through 12th house fog. And that’s the hardest part, isn’t it? The naming. Because you’ve survived so much by staying quiet. By staying focused. By staying composed.
Jupiter has just moved into your 7th house, which means your relationships are about to expand but not if you keep dragging unprocessed pain into every connection.
Let this Full Moon be a surrender. Let it be the death of an old mask. The closing of a chapter that was never fully yours. Let it be the moment you stop gaslighting your soul for needing rest.
Aquarius Rising
→ 11th House: Friendships, networks, community, collective movements, long-term visions
It’s giving burnout, but existential. You’re scrolling past GoFundMe links, global disasters, and deeply vague spiritual memes and you feel something weird in your chest. A flicker of inspiration? A pang of guilt? You’re not sure. All you know is that somewhere between checking your notifications and rethinking the future of humanity (again), you’ve started to wonder: Where do I fit into all this?
This Full Moon in Sagittarius lights up your 11th house which is the part of the chart that governs collective dreams, community, future vision, and the question of whether any of this actually matters when we’re all just stardust hurtling through time. You’ve always been good at zooming out. Seeing the big picture. Reading the room without ever fully entering it. But this Moon calls you back in. Into your own ideals. Into the kind of hope that’s inconvenient, imperfect, and sometimes even personal.
You might find yourself questioning the groups you belong to. The people you’ve been building with. The causes you’ve attached your identity to. Because you’ve simply outgrown the way you’ve related to them. You’re realizing that just because a space is progressive doesn’t mean it’s supportive. That just because someone talks about liberation doesn’t mean they know how to respect your boundaries. That being “included” doesn’t always mean being seen.
And honestly? You’re tired of trying to be palatable to people who say they want change but flinch when it arrives wearing your face.
Jupiter just entered your 6th house, asking you to rebuild your habits in service of your real values beyond aesthetic ones. And this Full Moon is your invitation to get loud about what you actually care about. To stop performing neutrality. To stop holding back your weirder, wilder truths because you're afraid of losing your place at the table.
Build your own damn table. Invite people who get to sit with you.
Pisces Rising
→ 10th House: Career, public image, reputation, long-term goals, legacy
You’ve been quietly wondering if all this effort is adding up to anything. The posts. The deadlines. The late nights spent questioning if you’re building something meaningful or just building because you don’t know how to stop. And now here comes this Full Moon in Sagittarius, throwing a cosmic spotlight over your 10th house like the universe just shouted “Show us what you really stand for!”
You wanted clarity. What you get is exposure.
The 10th house is your public self. Your calling. The mountain you've been climbing, even when your legs are shaking. And this lunation says: if the summit doesn’t feel like freedom, you may have scaled the wrong peak. You might be having an identity crisis at work. A sudden change in reputation. A gut-punch realization that you’ve been molding yourself into what’s expected, visionary, compassionate, adaptable while your soul has been quietly screaming, “But is this mine?”
You may feel conflicted between your craving for visibility and your fear of being misunderstood. Obscurity ultimately though doesn’t protect you. It just keeps your brilliance buried under everyone else’s expectations. You weren’t made to stay behind the scenes of your own life.
Jupiter just entered your 5th house, which means it’s time to lead with joy. With art. With the part of you that creates for pure joy. This Full Moon wants you to take one bold, terrifying, clarifying step toward visibility.
